G Lets London works with people who are finding it difficult to secure long-term accommodation. Most of our tenants have experienced homelessness in the past and are looking for a home of their own to regain their independence.

Our free Tenant Management service includes:

– Personally matching each tenant to their property
– Providing a comprehensive financial check of every tenant
– Full reference checking
– Housing checks going back five years
– Checks to ensure all bills have been set up correctly 

Due to our full tenancy management package, we currently have a tenancy success rate of over 95% (compared to 59% for all other tenancies in the private rented sector)
